Question 1

Who pays for the temporary housing?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, your insurance carrier. We bill them directly under your policy's Additional Living Expense (ALE) coverage, so there's typically no out-of-pocket cost to you.

Question 2

How fast can you place a family?

Accepted Answer

For urgent losses we can often place a family in comfortable short-term housing the same day, then transition them into longer-term housing within days once we understand the repair timeline.

Question 3

Can we bring our pets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pet-friendly placement is one of the most common requests we handle. Tell us about your pets when you submit and we'll match accordingly.

Question 4

I'm an adjuster - how does billing work?

Accepted Answer

One clean invoice per claim, with rates negotiated up front and every expense itemized against the policy.
